AAPC shall always retain full and exclusive ownership of all AAPC Materials used for the virtual CRC course and all intellectual property rights therein, including, without limitation, copyrights, Trademarks and certification marks related to it. Nothing herein shall give the students any rights in and to the AAPC Materials or any copyright, Trademark, service mark, proprietary information, trade secret or other intellectual property right therein.
Sales
Sales of KW Advanced Consulting or AAPC Materials by Students are prohibited from utilizing the materials acquired from KW Advanced Consulting and AAPC for any purpose other than their learning. In addition, they are prohibited from duplicating and selling materials obtained from KW Advanced Consulting and AAPC.
Order Cancellation
KW Advanced Consulting, LLC, reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Refund Policy (All Sales/Purchases Are Final)
We want You to be happy with the services provided by KW Advanced Consulting LLC. In some exceptions, products and promotions purchased from KW Advanced Consulting LLC are not refundable. Review our refund policy here.
Prices Policy
KW Advanced Consulting reserves the right to revise its prices before accepting an order. In addition, the prices quoted may be edited by the company subsequent to receiving an order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the company. In that event, you will have the right to cancel your order.
Charges
You agree that KW Advanced Consulting may charge your credit card, debit card, or other payment mechanism selected by you and approved by KW Advanced Consulting (“Payment Method”) for all amounts due and owing in connection with your use of the Services, as outlined in the applicable Order Form or otherwise used or ordered by or for you through the Services, including set up fees, one-time fees, non-recurring fees, overages, per-use charges, subscription fees, recurring Fees and any other costs associated with the Services or your account (“Charges”).
Changes to Pricing.
KW Advanced Consulting LLC may change prices for the Services at any time, at its sole discretion. For changes to your Charges, KW Advanced Consulting LLC will provide you with not less than thirty (30) calendar days prior notice or the period prescribed by applicable Law”. Unless prohibited by the terms of your Order Form, any changes to your Charges will be effective upon the commencement of your next Renewal Term or other date calculated by applicable Law.
Promotional Rates and Discounts
Prices specified in an Order Form may include a promotional rate, discount, sale, or special offer, which may be temporary and may expire per the terms of the offer. The discount or promotional pricing may expire without additional notice unless specified in an Order Form or as required by applicable Law. KW Advanced Consulting LLC reserves the right to discontinue or modify any promotion, discount, sale, or special offer at its sole discretion.
Termination or Suspension for Nonpayment
Without limiting our rights in any other section of this Agreement, if any failure to pay Charges continues for five (3) calendar days following the due date, KW Advanced Consulting LLC may terminate, suspend, or disconnect your Services immediately and without prior notice.
Billing Communications
You agree that KW Advanced Consulting LLC may contact you via email or otherwise with information relevant to your use of the Services, including billing communications, regardless of whether you have opted out of receiving marketing communications or notices.
All goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payment can be made through various available payment methods, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards or online payment methods.
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order if we do not receive the required approval.
