There are so many significant changes to stay abreast of.  I have often seen systems, superbills, and charge tickets not updated.  With training, all these risks can be mitigated. Detailed and accurate documentation ensures continuity of care, enabling healthcare providers to make informed decisions and deliver personalized treatment plans.
